Dr Fishman qualified as a doctor in London in 2004. After training in general surgery and general medicine, she specialised in dermatology and spent several years training in various UK university teaching hospital departments of dermatology.

Dr Fishman is a substantive NHS Consultant Dermatologist at London Northwest Healthcare NHS Trust (Northwick Park and St Mark's Hospitals).

Dr Fishman is an integral part of the skin cancer team and performs both screening, diagnosis and surgical treatment of all types of skin cancers.

She is currently clinical lead for psoriasis, biologics and phototherapy and complex medical dermatology requiring systemic therapy. She is principal investigator for several key clinical trials in psoriasis.

She looks after both adults and children with all types of skin problems.
